DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE

Pursuant to the provisions of the current data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data made available to LAURA MARTI DEL RÍO, shall be applied or destined by said entity, in its capacity as data controller, exclusively for purposes related to the request for information made through its web site, which constitutes the legitimate legal basis for said processing of personal data.
Consequently, such personal data will be kept for the duration of this contractual relationship and may not be disclosed to third parties, except in those cases where such transfer may be mandatory in compliance with legal or contractual provisions applicable to the controller.
